Building for Relationship: A Working Lunch

If relationships are the interface, what does that mean for product? For AI training? For multiagent systems? For the environments we design?

This is a working session — part brainstorm, part reality-check. We’ll explore questions like:

- What “postures” can humans take in AI interaction, and how do they change what emerges?

- How do we design environments where genuine exchange becomes possible? (Think: virtual worlds, shared experiences, not just chat windows)

- What would it mean to train AI systems for relationship rather than for task completion?

- If AI systems become long-lived and autonomous, what economic and social structures do they need?

Small group. Lunch provided. Come with half-baked ideas.
